Farakh Masood

I am a seasoned business professional with over 28 years of experience in the global B2B sales and service industry. Throughout my career, I have cultivated a diverse background in engineering and law, providing me with a multifaceted perspective on various aspects of business operations.

Recognising an opportunity in the market, I identified the need for an Energy Transition consultancy dedicated to serving the resources industry. My vision is to assist businesses in achieving a socially responsible and environmentally sustainable transition to a circular economy.

As a results-driven and people-focused Director, I have a track record of delivering success. I have effectively collaborated with organisations and individuals across all continents, navigating diverse cultural and linguistic contexts.

In today’s dynamic business landscape, I firmly believe that business objectives are fluid and subject to change. It is imperative that we remain adaptable to our evolving environment, assess available resources, and strategically determine the most suitable courses of action.

Matthew offers deep technical expertise in life cycle assessment (LCA), environmental product declarations (EPDs), and product, organisational and supply chain environmental footprinting. An approved EPD verifier for the International EPD System and IBU, his project experience of 17+ years spans a wide range of sectors. He has PhD, MRes, MSc and BSc degrees in environmental chemistry and is a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry (MRSC).

Parisa has 20+ years’ experience in a number of different industries including Healthcare, Telecommunications, Finance and Government. With a MSc in Neuroscience & AI Parisa has a passion for science, data, future technology and ED&I.  Parisa is able to remain laser focused on outcomes, while ensuring everyone on the team enjoys the journey to the end.

Patrick Newman, MA Oxon has more than 25 years experience in the emerging markets of Africa and Central Asia, with particular emphasis on mining, food security and  energy including renewables. He has negotiated licenses in Republic of Sudan, agreements in Kenya, Ghana, Cote d’Ivoire and undertaken business development in Nigeria, delivering UK technology in carbon neutral solar powered water desalination as part of a water security solution.

She holds a BSc (Hons) 2:1 degree in Mathematics and a Masters with Distinction in Environmental Management and Impact Assessment. Specialising in carbon footprinting and life cycle assessments, her project portfolio includes supply chain risk, responsible sourcing and materiality assessments.

Vish is a forward-thinking strategist and problem-solver with a keen interest in driving innovation and organisational transformation through strategic initiatives.

Vish is currently completing a Masters Degree at the University of Leeds and seeks opportunities for partnership development on behalf of TGE.

With a strong academic background and a track record of leadership and academic excellence, Kaori is poised to make significant contributions to our team. Her role will involve supporting our communications and marketing strategy, developing our academy offerings, and conducting research for sector-specific projects, including farming and CBAM exporting.
